These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aeroframe, its related websites, software, mobile applications, and services, including but not limited to Uplift, Move, Deice, Windsock, and all associated web-based versions and cloud services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using any Aeroframe product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Overview
Aeroframe is an aviation-focused software platform providing operational tools for flight departments, pilots, and fixed-base operators (FBOs).
The Services include mobile and web applications for:

Uplift – Fuel calculation and logging

Move – Aircraft movement tracking

Deice – De-icing operation tracking and reporting
-
Windsock – Weather and wind analysis for aviation use

Aeroframe Web – Web-based access to data, analytics, account management, and integrations with the above applications
All of these are owned and operated by Aeroframe Technologies LLC (“Aeroframe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain Aeroframe Services require an account. You agree to:

Some features (e.g., preset management, enterprise data access, or analytics) may require a paid subscription.
All pricing, plans, and payment processing are handled through Stripe or authorized third-party providers.
By subscribing, you authorize Aeroframe or its partners to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials within the Services—including trademarks, design, logos, graphics, and databases—are owned by or licensed to Aeroframe and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
Aeroframe collects and processes personal and operational data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Device and network identifiers

Aircraft and fueling/movement/deicing data entered by users

App and feature usage statistics
Data may be used to improve the Services, ensure security, and comply with regulatory requests.
Government agencies may request data only through official channels (see our Government Data Access Policy).
8. Third-Party Integrations
Certain Services may integrate with external APIs such as OpenSky Network, FlightRadar24, PlaneSpotters.net, or Apple Weather.
Aeroframe is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party data.
Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
Aeroframe aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Aeroframe disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Aeroframe does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data provided by the Services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeroframe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
In no event shall Aeroframe’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
Aeroframe may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

Required by law or regulatory authority;

Continued access poses a risk to Aeroframe systems or other users.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and your account data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

Updates will be posted on our website or within the apps, with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kent County, Michigan.
