Do government regulatory bodies have access to data on Aeroframe?

Overview

Aeroframe takes user privacy and data protection extremely seriously. By default, no government agency or regulatory body has direct access to any user, company, or operational data stored within Aeroframe systems.

However, under specific, legally authorized circumstances—such as investigations into incidents involving injury or loss of life—limited access may be granted following a formal review.
